Moza Said Amer Al Raqmi , pursued her academic endeavors at the prestigious Imam Malik University of Sharia and Law in the United Arab Emirates, and obtaining a bachelor law of Sharia and Law. Her professional journey commenced as a junior counsel within the distinguished law firm of Hamad Al-Sharji and Peter Mansour, where she benefited from expert guidance and tutelage of the lawyers working within the law firm and subsequently joined the Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) in the legal department, later she further expanded her horizons by joining RAY International Group Company( RAY) as Legal Consultant.
During her tenure, she is expertise in drafting memoranda, preparing law suits, oral arguments in all law suits, and conducting comprehensive reviews of government agency correspondence and actions. Her remarkable performance and accomplishments and had a discernible impact, contributing significantly to an upsurge in the monthly caseloads and thus establishing her reputation as a distinguished lawyer.
Moza Said Amer Al Raqmi holds a license granted by the Ministry of Justice and the Lawyers Admissions Committee which authorize her to represent before all courts in the Sultanate of Oman. Subsequently, she has dedicated her professional efforts to the establishment of her private legal office, where she undertakes divert portfolio of legal matters, after she gained good experience that qualifies her to do everything necessary for her personal interest and the best interests of her client.
